WELCOME
Olan Kaigel owner of Central Coast Building Plans was born in Czech Republic. He studied Architecture at the University of Prague. After escaping as a political refugee and settling in Los Angeles area he was involved in real estate, residential design and construction from 1973 until 1983. In 1983 while visiting Midstate Fair in Paso Robles with his wife Dena and theirs two daughters, family have decided to leave metropolitan city behind and move to beautiful North County of San Luis Obispo. Here Olan remained in real estate, construction as well as helping local contractors and homeowners with residential home design. His hobby is sculpting in wood, bronze or clay.
